What is LENS Therapy?
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) therapy is a non-invasive neurofeedback technique. It involves gentle electromagnetic pulses to stimulate brainwave activity, aiming to regulate brain function and calm the nervous system. LENS address’s conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and cognitive issues. LENS is painless and doesn't require conscious effort from the client.
